The Daily Grind - The First Five Years

Several years ago I became locked into a “Dead Hand Covenant” with fifty-one of my dearest friends. We were told to draw a comic each weekday, to be thrown to the ether by midnight thirty-five, Western National Time. Legends foretold of magnificent riches and puerile boastmanship for the last remaining draughtsman. I have witnessed the fall of many a great & cherished cartoonist in the face of these deadly challenges. One day, on some distant time horizon, I will snatch victory from the clutches of cruelest fate, and spit on the graves of all who fell before me.
P.S. as of press time there are only six other dudes left.

Oh Man, Look OutTh’ Bess
According to the scientific comic grading chart I borrowed from the friend of an enemy, these eighty or so comics are the best. Actually they’re just some of my favorites from the grind.
Woah Man, Be CarefulPert Good
This is, like, a hundred and thirty more comics, and they’re all at least as good as the best ones, if not better. Well, there’s more, anyway.
You Are Out Of ControlKinda Sketchy
Some nights I just felt more like drawing than making comics. I’d slip a little bit of comic in, you know, as per the rules and such, but not a ton.
